She was predeceased by: her parents, Janetta Churchel and John Churchel; her husband Harry T. Buterbaugh; and her siblings, Ralph Churchel (late Marcie), Blanche Roote (late Jay), Carol Float (late Joe), John R., Bob and Colleen.
She is survived by: her daughters, Janie Beacom (David) of Murrysville, Susan Pernice of Cranberry and Sandra Leisifer (James) of Plum; her grandchildren, Michael (Michele), Lauren, Olivia Pernice, Emma Beacom and Makenna Leisifer; and her sibling Adrain Laslo (Joe).
