She is survived by: her parents-in-law, Elvira and James Sr. Manuel; her children, James Charles Manuel III and Gail Cavanaugh; her grandsons, Aiden James Cavanaugh and Preston Francis Cavanaugh; and her sister-in-law Patty Manuel.
