She was predeceased by: her parent Leo Blutas; and her siblings, Leo David Blutas and Linda Hicks. She is survived by: her parent Irene Kovacs Blutas; her children, Christina Yunghans (John) of Bridgeville and Jonathan Karako; her daughter-in-law Lynn Yunghans; her sisters, Terry Walsh (Dennis) of Imperial and Mary Lee Shapiro (Lou); her nieces and nephews, Erin, Ian, Joshua, Rachel, Mara, Christopher, Bill and Tracey; and her former husband Kenneth Karako.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Disabled American Veterans, 1000 Liberty Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15222.
