He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Owens; his wife Grace Allinder Owens; and his son Tim Owens. He is survived by: his children, Robert Owens (Karen), Loretta "Luann" Hasselbeck (Robert) and Raymond Owens (Valerie); his grandchildren, Michael, Kirk (Samantha), Camile (Ian), Grayson, Kanyon, Gavin, Reagan and Brennon; and his great grandchildren, Rylan, Lakyn, Callan, Bryce, Dylan and Chase.
