He was predeceased by: his parents, Gleason E. Cooper and Gail H. Cooper (Droz); and his siblings, James Cooper, Douglas Cooper and Mertie Little.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Cooper (Davis); his children, Gail Cooper (Lacie) of Oakdale, Joe Cooper of Oakdale, Robert Cooper of Oakdale and Rhonda Griffith (Jeff) of Oakdale; and his siblings, Carol Gamble of Florida and Jeffery Cooper of Conneaut.
