She was predeceased by: her father Charles Yingling (Mick); and her stepson Zachary J. Houlik. She is survived by: her mother Erma Yingling (Grove); her husband James Houlik; her siblings, Michael Yingling (Deborah), Karen Cruse (Shane) and William Yingling (Lynn); her daughters, Tara Percinsky-Kiem (James) and Katelyn Massie (Justin); her stepchild Chaz Houlik; and her grandchildren, Vaeda, Bowen, Blayke, Austen and Wyatt. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
