With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Elizabeth M. Wischmann of Oakdale, Pennsylvania, born in North Fayette, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 15, 2024 at the age of 88. In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Elizabeth had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Elizabeth may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Campbell and Dorothy McGinnis Campbell; and her husband Joseph O. Wischmann. She is survived by: her children, Larry Wischmann Sr. (Kate), Marie "Sissy" Symosko (Kirk), Linda Van Sickle Jr. (Charles) and Andrew Wischmann (Stephanie); and her siblings, Joseph Campbell and Susan Ring (James). She is also survived by ten grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Thomas-Little Funeral Service Inc. and Crematory- Oakdale (5000 Noblestown Rd, Oakdale, PA 15071). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
