He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Evans and Alberta Evans; and his brothers, Don Evans and Roy Evans (Pete). He is survived by: his sister Phyllis Evans; his siblings-in-law, Bruce Evans, Peggy Evans and Sally Evans; his nieces and nephews, Kathy, Randy Otte, Dawn Clouse, Lori, Jack Gareis, Susan, Larry Bauer, Stacey, Randy Dinger, Evanne Gareis, Kaitlin, Adam Myers, Andrea, Kate Gardner, Nicholas Steighner, Samantha and Brody Toy; and also India.
