He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo and Mildred (Ervin); and his wife Marilyn Haycock. He is survived by: his siblings, Leo, Levi, William, Jean Hornberger, Betty Urso and Violet Mott; his children, Jeffrey T., Sandy R. and Jamie; his grandchildren, Christopher, Jamie, Melissa Hollenbach (Charles), Deana Chupela (Willie), Shawn Klick of Fort Myers, FL and Cassandra DeAngelo (Jarrod); and his brother Thomas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
