She was predeceased by: her parents, Kazimir Zablocki and Anna Zablocki (Przybalowska); her husband Edwin Welsh; and her siblings, Helen, Eve Zablocki, Anna Urenzik, Cassy Shuble, Theresa McCall, Mary Cowden, Michael and Alexander Zablocki.
She is survived by: her daughter Susan Welsh; and her grandchildren, Katherine of Philadelphia and Connor Dodson of Philadelphia.
