He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Brestowski, and Catherine Brestowski, Sr. (Tobias); his wife Mary Ann Lopez; his son Joseph Edward Brestowski; and his siblings, Eugene, Leo, Jacob R., Andrew Brestowski, Jr., Cecelia Brestowski, Marie Fisher, Frances Kassick and Irene Catherine Janeczek.
He is survived by: his son Mark Brestowski; his grandchildren, Timothy and Bethany Ashley Brestowski; and his brother Robert "Chip" Brestowski (Sandy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Harman Funeral Homes & Crematory Inc. (West) (1265 Rock Glen Rd, Rock Glen, PA 18246). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A Mass was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart RC Church (554 Main St, Weston, PA 18256). A burial was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at the Sacred Heart RC Cemetery (554 Main St, Weston, PA 18256).
