She was predeceased by: her parents, William Siegel and Beatrice Siegel (Miller); and her husband Robert L. "Butch" Kamerzel. She is survived by: her daughter Leslie Hoffman (Edward); her stepchildren, David Kamerzel (Mary) and Roberta Humphrey (Robert); her grandchildren, Craig Bellum, Michael Hoffman, Michele Harvey, Kim Houseknecht, Robert Yeager, Elizabeth and Lisa Kamerzel; her great grandchildren, James, Ethan, Matthew, Lauren, Amber, Trey, Robert and Joseph; and her sister-in-law June Schlauch.
