He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton, Sr. Keiper and Elsie Blizzard Keiper; and his brothers, Paul (Dick), Clayton, Jr. and William Keiper.
He is survived by: his siblings, Robert of Melbourne, FL and Dorothy of Montrose. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
