He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce, Sr. Patton and Mary Murphy Patton; and his siblings, Michael Bielecki, Bruce Patton, Jr. and Joan Swire.
He is survived by: his former wife Susan Newell Patton; his children, Shaun Newell (Jess) and Kristan Newell; his siblings, Richard Patton (Holly), Florence Klappat (Richard) and Linda Babb; his grandchildren, Dakota-Rose, Austin, Chey, Maddie, Steph, Alex, Kat and Brandon; and his great grandchildren, Cassie, Lanie and Baby Newell.
