He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph William Costello and Theresa Elizabeth Costello; and his brother William "Bert" Costello. He is survived by: his sons, Timothy, Jonathan and Dylan Costello; and his siblings, Joseph Costello, John Costello, Theresa Salsbery and Kathleen Costello. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
