With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rosie L. Mabe (Nottingham, Pennsylvania), born in Boone, North Carolina, who passed away on May 15, 2020 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Phillips and Lilly Eldreth Phillips. She is survived by: her husband Charles M. Mabe, Sr.; her children, Charles "Chuck" Mabe, Jr. (Mary) of Rising Sun, MD, Albert Mabe (Donna) of Oxford, Shirley Kilby (Keith) of Nottingham, Daniel Mabe (Jody) of Nottingham and Larry Mabe (Lisa) of Bangor; her sister Velma Phillips of Lenoir, NC; and her daughter Regina Hatcher (Roy) of Middletown, DE.. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
