He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Jane Louise Stiefel O'Neil; his parents, Thomas Edward and Joyce Sibilio O'Neil of Myrtle Beach, SC.; his daughters, Jessica Fisher of Utah and Megan O'Neil Galbreath (Jared) of Peach Bottom; his grandchildren, Wyatt Galbreath, Jaxon Galbreath, Bella Fisher and Bryce Fisher; and his siblings, Wayne O'Neil of Arizona, Scott O'Neil, Craig O'Neil of Lampeter, Sulyn Kuykendall and Holly O'Neil of Philadelphia.
