He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Christine D. Toal; his children, Brittney Lynn Toal (Bruce Vogelei), Joseph A. Toal (Kelsie Farrell) and Andrew Fossile; his siblings, Charles Toal (Susan), Marie Toal and Teresa Toal; his grandchild Charlotte Vogelei; and his pet Scrappy. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to the St. Vincent de Paul Society 3004 Keenwood Rd. East Norriton, Pa. 19403.
