He was loved and cherished by many people including : his spouse Christine D. Toal; his children, Brittney Lynn Toal (Bruce Vogelei), Joseph A. Toal (Kelsie Farrell) and Andrew Fossile; his siblings, Charles Toal (Susan), Marie Toal and Teresa Toal; his grandchild Charlotte Vogelei; and his pet Scrappy. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews.
