He was predeceased by : his wife Mildred D. McIntire Furches; his parents, Felty A. Furches and Lula Belle Miller Furches; and his sister Doris Brown. He is survived by : his children, Samuel L. Furches (Carla Martin), Delena A. Swisher (Randolph W.) of Peach Bottom, PA and Joleen D. Furches of Peach Bottom, PA; and his grandchildren, Jordan W. Swisher (Kelsey), Keri A. Kuppinger (Jeremy), Alexander L. Furches (Becca) and Logan J. Furches.
