He was predeceased by: his wife Sadie Mae Hall Tice; his parents, Norman Tice and Emma Alexander Tice; and his son George Tice. He is survived by: his children, Robert Tice of North East, MD, Roger Tice of Elkton, MD, Victor Tice of Oxford, Dale Tice of Havre, Elaine Keen (Robin Grammer) of Havre and Penny Weiss (William Raither) of Rehoboth, DE. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren.
