It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William James Foster (Norwood, Pennsylvania), born in Charlotte, North Carolina, who passed away on September 21, 2019, at the age of 23, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandfather Hubert Lee Williams; and his uncles, Larry Williams and William Foster Jr.. He is survived by: his parents, Yolanda Williams Foster and Alexander G. Foster; his brother Malcolm; his grandmother Gloria Williams; his significant other Mojo; his grandparents, William James Foster and Gladys Elizabeth Foster; and his aunts and uncles, Hubert Williams Jr., Terry Williams Turner, Valerie Williams Howze, Samuel Foster, Judy Foster and Joyce Foster. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
