He was predeceased by: his parents, Ambrose Blake and Anna Blake (Calloway); and his son William F. Blake, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Mary Blake (Murray); his daughter Katie Blake (Wyllis Thompson); his granddaughters, Gabriella and Briana Thompson; and his sister Anne.
