She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Kephart and Edith Kephart; her husband Frederick Jacobi; and her sister Edith Connaire. She is survived by: her son Scott; her daughter-in-law Lori; her grandsons, Scott Jr. and Justin; and her siblings, Ruth Kephart and Lawrence Kephart.
