She was predeceased by: her siblings, Kelly Hagen Mease and Kathy Sirianni Hurst; her father Tony Calderaio; her adoptive father Jim Hagen; her stepfather Frank Widdowson "Bud"; and her grandmother Bernadine Gleason.
She is survived by: her husband David W Magnin; her daughters, Jennifer Burke (Daniel) and Jessica Stasky; her grandchildren, Morgan, Leah, Karissa, Ronok and Isabelle; her mother Patricia L. Widdowson; and her siblings, Anthony Sirianni, Deborah Knight, Rita Sirianni and Steven Hagen. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Burial: Private, In lieu of flowers, contributions to Abramson Cancer Center Development, 3535 Market Street, Suite 750, Philadelphia, PA. 19104 would be appreciated. (Include Patty's name in the memo).
