He is survived by: his children, Kailey and Jackson; his parents, Steve Phillips and Gail Phillips; his sister Carla Marie Wentworth (Phillips); his brother-in-law Jason Wentworth; his brother Edward Phillips (Jess Medina); and his nieces and nephews, Thane, Garet Wentworth, Lea, Elaina Wentworth and Medina-Phillips.
Jim worked with and donated his time to many organizations in Hawaii especially the Catholic Archdiocese of Hawaii.
