He was predeceased by: his parents, James V. Cartafalsa and Madeline Cartafalsa. He is survived by: his sons, James Cartafalsa (Tara) and Justin Cartafalsa (Allie); his grandson James Christopher Cartafalsa; his siblings, Benedict Cartafalsa (Chris), Sue Santangelo-Fister (Rich) and Steve Cartafalsa; and his significant other Barbara Cummings. He is also survived by his many extended family members and dear friends.
