It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard P. Blaylock (Norwood, Pennsylvania), who passed away on May 7, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his sibling Thelma Kohr; and his stepchild Kenny Smith. He is survived by: his spouse JoAnn Alessandrine; his children, Carolyn Blaylock and Stephen Blaylock; his stepchildren, Chrissi Smith and Joey Alessandrine (Kelly); his grandchildren, Kohlton, Lukas, Erica and Matolyn; and his sibling Margaret Kelly.

Burial: Private Donations: In lieu of flowers donations in Howard's name can be made to Wounded Warrior Project https://support.woundedwarriorproject.org.
