Though Charlene may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Xavier T. Riedmiller and Udella Riedmiller; her sisters, Loretta Cramer and Francis Potter; her friend Janice Campbell; her sons, Richard W Neill III (Vicki) and Robert W Neill; and also Fran.
