She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Jordan and Isabelle Jordan (Donohue); her husband John M. Chappelle Sr.; her daughter Carol Stewart; and her brothers, Raymond Jordan and Richard Jordan.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen Chappelle (Eileen), Jack Chappelle (Cathy), Jeanne Schultz, Bob Chappelle (Rose) and Barbara Porrini (Derek); and her sister Janet Failkowski. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
