He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen "Chip" Sr. Urban and Annabelle Urban (Klosky). He is survived by: his wife Connie (Yasher); his sons, Stephen (Angela) and Scott (Nikki); his grandchildren, Tyler, Braden (Emma), Chaney, Reese, Hanna, Riley, Brant and Bryn Urban; his great grandchildren, Tyler Jr. and Beau; and his siblings, John Urban (Sue), Kathy Wojtas (Ed) and Mary Ann Plank (Sam). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made in memory to Tunnels to Towers foundation.
