She was predeceased by: her father Richard C Kozielec; her grandfathers, John Kozielec and Richard P Eaglehouse; her stepgrandparents, Carl and Mary Ann Raishart; and her uncle Richard D Eaglehouse.
She is survived by: her mother Karen Raishart (Michael); her brother Michael Raishart (Joelle); her nieces and nephews, Brylee, Braiden and Kason; and her grandmothers, Jolene Eaglehouse and Dolores Kozielec. She is also survived by numerous Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
