He was predeceased by: his father Charles Henry Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Kellie Anthony; his siblings, Charles Henry Jr. (Traci), Randy Henry (Kayla) and Britney Henry; and his grandparents, Larry, JoAnne Henry, Sandy and Roy Anthony. He is also survived by 2 daughters, many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
