She is survived by: her parent Veronica Kissell; her husband Edward Cibulas; her children, David of Sarasota, Mark of Dunedin, Matt of New Port Richey, Annette Juliano of Mt. Pleasant and Charlotte Willochell of Gibsonia; and her grandchildren, Christina, Marcos, Catherine, Amy, Kayla, Hanna and Adam. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
