She was predeceased by: her parents, Sarah E. Witmer and Landis F. Witmer; her husband Samuel J. Noecker; her sons, Keith A. Leitzel, Timothy Noecker and Steven Noecker; and her siblings, Sherwood Witmer and Pauline Gutshall.
She is survived by: her sons, Dale E. Leitzel (Edna), Lynn A. Leitzel (Theresa) and Glen A. Leitzel (Nancy); her daughter-in-law Linda Leitzel; and her siblings, Steward Witmer, Violet Louis and Ruth Minnich. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and many great and great-great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Riverview Memorial Gardens (3776 Peters Mountain Rd, Halifax, PA 17032).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital.
