He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee E. Bettleyon and Bessie F. Bettleyon; his siblings, Lee Bettleyon (Doris) and Judy Ray (Gene); his nephew Mike Ray; and his niece Heather Tobias.
He is survived by: his sisters, Bonnie Aleta (Dan) and Cindy McKee (Stan); and his nieces and nephews, Jon McKee, John Vayda (Tina), Vickie Oxenrider (Johnny), Sue Zeigler (Rick), Doug Ray, Angie Ray, LeeAnn Wagner, Lina Longacre (Shawn), Jessie Smith (Todd), David Bettleyon (Carol) and Raymond Bettleyon (Barb).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Jeff's memory may be to his church St. John's Lutheran Church, 300 Queen Street, Northumberland.
