He is survived by: his brother Dale Kropa of Wilkes Barre, PA; his children, Gloria Kropa (Matt Roehr) of Milford, Frederick Scott Kropa (Tina) of Stewartstown and Valerie Duff (Brian) of Wellsboro; and his grandchildren, Colin Troup, Jeremy Kropa, Shiloh Duff and Emily Duff.
