He is survived by: his spouse JoAlice Stephens; his children, Kenneth (Tina), Ronald (Michele), Jonathan (Christina) and Carol Longacre (Eric); his grandchildren, Catherine, Jonathan, Stephen, Sean, Caleb, Alexander, Hannah, Nicole and Quinton; his great grandchildren, Tucker, Elliott, Rowan and Aiden; and his siblings, Donald C. Frye Jr. and Susan M. Kurtz.
