He was predeceased by: his parents, Aaron F. Whyne and Elsie Mae Whyne (Shearer); his wife Marie M. Anuzis; his daughter Jeanne M. Kirkpatrick; and his grandson Mark Kirkpatrick.
He is survived by: his children, Ann M. Shilo, Mary E. Snyder and Conrad F. Whyne (Dianne); and his grandchildren, Donald, Kathy Kirkpatrick, Matthew, Tyffanie Kirkpatrick, Jennifer, Scott Duncan, Melissa Shilo, Stephen Jr. and Christopher Snyder. He is also survived by four great grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.
