He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sr. Frank and Helen "Nellie" Frank (Norton); his wife Laura Jeanne (Smith); and his siblings, John Frank Jr., James Frank, Doris Domalik and Sara Madachick.
He is survived by: his sisters, Patricia Weakland, Judy Sherry (Robert) and Mary Ann Williams; and his sisters-in-law, Violet Myers (Ducky) and Darlene Endler (Thomas). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Moriconi Funeral Home, Inc. (1303 Bigler Ave, Northern Cambria, PA 15714). The military honors was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
