She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Kupetz and Mary Kupetz (Sottile); and her husband Victor Chervenak. She is survived by: her son Andrew Brletrick (Angela Bugli); her grandchildren, Matthew Bugli and Sara Brletrick; and her sister Patricia Kollar (Joseph).
