She was predeceased by: her parents, Wray Ira Rickard and Flora Catherine Rickard (Biss); her husband Eugene Clifton Rummel; and her siblings, Alvin Spicher, Ralph Rickard, Dean Rickard, Marvin Rickard, Marlin Rickard, Irene Walker (Rickard), Julia Lockard (Rickard), Mildred Ermer (Rickard), Beatrice McCombs (Rickard) and Daisy Dowell (Rickard).
She is survived by: her children, Doris Kupetz (Dave), David Rummel (Sheila), James Rummel, Julia Sloan (Terry), Wayne Rummel (Julie) of Smithsburg, MD and Allen Rummel (Nicole) of Beloit, OH.; her grandchildren, Krista, Kim, David Jr., Nicole, Sean, Logan, Makayla, Audrey, Trisha, Landon and Derek; and her great grandchildren, Alex and Isaiah.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Moriconi Funeral Home, Inc. (1303 Bigler Ave, Northern Cambria, PA 15714). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Wilgus Allegheny Wesleyan Methodist Church, 3072 Wilgus Road, Glen Campbell, PA 15742.
