He was predeceased by: his father Gary J. Mikitko. He is survived by: his mother Babette Groff (Semelsberger) of Indiana; his son Elyjah Mikitko; and his sister Sara Mikitko. He is also survived by nephews, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
