He is survived by: his wife Doris Jean Domalik (Frank); his daughters, Melissa Ashurst (John), Denise Hickok and Diane Jodon; his grandchildren, Lauren Bytner (Cody), Brandon, John (Megan), Stephen (Candis), Adam Ashurst (Amber Warner), Michelle Sodmont (James Orosz), Kristin Hickok and Kimberly Penrod; his great grandchildren, Kaitlyn (Adam Simmers), Daniel, Isaac Sodmont, Michael, Jocelyn Penrod, Dakota Ashurst, Lily Dumm and Liam Warner; his great great grandchildren, Kloe and Karter Simmers; his brothers, Joseph, Walter and Stanley Domalik (Barbara); and his brother-in-law William Kline. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
