She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis Bender and Marie Bender (Yeckley); her stepmother Helen Bender (Good); her husband Regis Bearer; her son Wesley Bearer; her siblings, Hayden, Paul, Harold, Ed, Dennis Jr., Jim, Norman, Sherman Bender, Louella Gauntner, Othella Farabaugh, Elva Gillette, Catherine Stock and Mazie Scanlon; and her stepsiblings, Doris White, Peggy Bender and Albert Good.

She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy (Charles), Joyce Bearer and Lisa Swart; her siblings, Denise Fox (Joe), Patton, Dwight Bender, Betty Ann Leslie (Pat) and Ronald Bender (Janet); and her stepbrothers, Eugene of Ohio and Herbert Good of Ohio. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Moriconi Funeral Home, Inc. (1303 Bigler Ave, Northern Cambria, PA 15714). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
