He was predeceased by: his siblings, Paul, George, William, John "Jack", Francis "Bucky", Joe "Pepsi" and Helen Lutch.

He is survived by: his wife Linda Lutch (Konitsky); his children, Justine Fulginiti (Tim), James Jr. "Jamie" Lutch and Melinda Sherry (George); and his grandchildren, Timothy "TJ", Brianna Fulginiti, Taylor, Emma, Bella Sherry, Logan and Lakin Lutch.
