We are sad to announce that on June 14, 2019, at the age of 96, Helen G. Klapak (Northern Cambria, Pennsylvania), born in Barnesboro, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Pizur and Mary Pizur (Keblesh); her husband Andrew J. Sr.; and her siblings, Michael, Joseph, John, Stephen, Francis, Andrew Pizur and Mary Pizur.
She is survived by: her nephews, John Pizur Jr. and Stanley Goolish; her children, Andrew J. Klapak Jr. (Debby), Francis Klapak (Sharon), Greensburg, Michael Klapak and Northern Cambria; her granddaughter Melanie (Erik); her great grandchild Elliot of Maine; and her daughter-in-law Linda Klapak.
In lieu of flowers, donations are requested in her honor to Mercy Home for Boys and Girls, 1140 W. Jackson Blvd., Chicago, IL 60607.
