He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald E. Boothman and Beulah Boothman (Byrnes); and his brother Robert Boothman. He is survived by: his son Gerald Boothman; his grandchildren, Morgan and Bailey; and his siblings, Clifford Boothman, Everett, Norma Tripodi, Leona Dospoy, Alice Nadine Anderson, Wanda Alkerson, Peggy Kline and Darlene Soisson.
