She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth D. Bailey and Betty Bailey (Bartlebaugh); her husband Emery Williams Jr.; and her siblings, Kenneth R. Bailey, Martha Bartlebaugh and Dora West.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Stephanic Jr., James Stephanic, Belle Vernon, Ann O'Dellick (Cory Cannarsa) and Willie Williams (Sarah); her close friend Richard Mitory; and her sisters, Sarah Peacock of DelRay, WV, Margaret Sager and Betty Bailey. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
