He is survived by: his wife Kay Lynn Neff (De Haven); his children, Dana, Jody, Stacy Williams and Tracy (Pamela); his grandsons, Nathan, Kyle, Joseph, Ryan and Cody; his great grandchildren, Makenna and Taylor; his stepgrandchildren, Stephen and Alexa; and his siblings, Mary Neff and Dean Neff of Westover.
