He was predeceased by: his parents, Darl and Elizabeth Lowmaster (Bolvin); his wife Nancy Lowmaster (Kaczkowsky); his brothers, Richard and Darl Joseph Lowmaster; and his siblings-in-law, Judy Lingenfelter and Donald Neal.
He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Lowmaster (Helene), Tracy Sabella (James "Randy") of Stanwood, WA, Adam Lowmaster (Sook), Stephanie Arotin (Joseph) and Matthew Lowmaster (Heather) of Cheney, WA; his siblings, Bernard Lowmaster (Vicki), John Lowmaster (Mary), William Lowmaster (Arlene), Betty Lowmaster, Kay Neal, Edie Lowmaster and Patty Duffry (Bob); his sister-in-law Joan Lowmaster; and his pets, Sassy, Bella and Callie. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
